Only in TexasYesterday morning I decided to get my closet organized. Spring was here and I no longer was in need of sweaters, sweatshirts and sweatpants. I packed them up in their clear storage tubs and hung up all my short sleeve tops. For just that morning I had sweat rolling down my face while I worked out in the yard.
So today I get up to go outside and promptly closed the door. I needed long pants and a sweatshirt if I was going to work in the yard today. Texas does this all the time. Temperature swings of 30 or more degrees in 24 hours. I managed to find a long sleeve shirt I hadn't put away yet and choose to work in the sun today rather than the shade.

I haven't gotten to my closet yet, but I have put out the cushions to my patio table three times, only to take them back in because of the rain. I'm ready for warmer weather.

I feel like sometimes spring doesn't really exist, it's just a strange battle between summer and winter until summer finally wins for awhile until they do it all over again in the fall. I always end up packing up half my closet too early!

As a fellow Texan, I can totally relate! Here's hoping Spring warmth decides to stick around more often!

Although it is annoying to have all those shifts I sometimes do miss seasons in this land of eternal summer. It was a challenge to dress for the day in MD and MA too when you could experience all seasons in a day!

Aww man...that might be happening everywhere! It is definitely happening in Connecticut, as we are expecting snow tomorrow. It's a crazy world right now.
